Implementation guidelines

Our onboarding process ensures a quick and methodical way to get you and your team up and running with our software. With our extensive experience comes a structured way of planning each customers onboarding. Together with our team you can be sure to get a smooth transition along with a warm welcome to your new platform.

 

  • Prepare master data files to be uploaded
  • Define the network guideline for setup
  • Build each location’s blueprint based on network guidelines
  • Train a team of ‘Key Users’ on the implementation process and location specific fine tuning
  • Implement each location’s core setup with assistance from the FBO One team
  • Key Users train the local users and fine tune each location as required
  • Shadow run location so that the system is tested with real life scenarios
  • Go live with first location
